*NOTE: We have NEVER seen the famous Initial-D Tofu shop AE86 sold out of the box from Kyosho with the Carbon Fiber Hood (from 4th Stage)!! Possibly a "unicorn" rarity one-off! (Remember, this is the original RWD Racer version from Kyosho, not the recent AWD drift version)
Condition:
LISTED AS "NEW" - was taken out of the box for the photos only, NEVER even taken out at all before that.  Produced back in 2005, box shows aging.  Some dust on car. (Treat listing like a toy collectible; assume all inside is brand new, unopened)

The Mini-Z Racer MR-015RM chassis can be adjusted to different wheelbases, tread widths and chassis heights as the base for incredibly realistic scale body styles with minimal overhang. Combined with the high-performance control unit with built-in digital servo and FET speed controller from the MR-02 chassis, both high-level performance and scale form are achieved. Also, the weight distribution from the rear mounted motor and the changes in the center of gravity with acceleration and deceleration, strong traction is achieved. Gentle control allows both high speeds and driver-friendly characteristics to be realized!
Outstanding maintenance features include one-touch tie-rods for fast attachment and release of the top bridge.
Smooth front suspension features king-pin and coil system.
Swing axle rear suspension effectively transfers traction.
Fully assembled Readyset only requires batteries to start running.
Divided battery layout can also fit narrow body styles.
Motor is mounted behind rear axle and realizes stable running characteristics.
Some sections are shared with the high-performance Mini-Z MR-02 chassis.
One-piece receiver unit features built-in FET speed controller with reverse and brake.
High resolution digital steering servo delivers powerful and precise control.
King-pin coil type front suspension.
Swinging T-bar rear suspension.
King-pin and coil spring can be easily attached or removed with a C-ring.
