New in open damaged box. Loader is factory attached to the foam. Loader is in great condition but is untested. Box has heavy damage. Right side of the box has water damage. Right flap has been reattached with tape. Since this item has never been removed from the original package we have no idea as to its functionality. There are no claims that this item will still work as originally intended and is sold AS IS. If you want one that is guaranteed to work, then please buy from another seller who knows for sure that the item is working. Once you remove this item from the foam packaging, it is no longer returnable for ANY reason including manufacturer defects.  This is intended for a buyer who wants an original unused toy.
